My name is Frida Paulsen Stern. I’m in my twenties, born and raised in Sweden but I currently live in Las Vegas, USA, working as an international Athelete and Pro-Coach.
I have helped a lot of women in Sweden and many other countries meet their dreams for their body, I am sure that I can help you as well!
I’m here for you whether your goal is to reach your best physique to date (photoshoot, bikini competition, wedding..), change your lifestyle, loose fat, build muscle, sculpting your body. You name it! I’m here to give you all the tools you need to achieve whatever goal you have.

You’ll get information on how to build your nutrition plan to make it customized for you! Or you can choose to follow my nutrition advice for the average person (both men and women). I have built this program in 3 different levels so it will fit everyone. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never been in a gym before or if you lift several times a week. You can choose from ”beginner”, ”intermediate” or ”advanced”. You’ll get training sessions for each day and week, recipes and advice on how to reach your fitness goals!
The purpose of this challenge is to lose weight and/or to lean out in 8 weeks. A gym membership is highly recommended as most of the workouts are gym centered.

This is a self-driven challenge, it will be up to YOU to make the commitment, to stick to the plan, to do the hard work and make this happen! We want you to be successful and we will do what it takes to aid you in the process.

Everything you get is customized for you. I know based on my own experience and the clients I have, how much it matters that your daily life is taken into consideration, while working on achieving your goal.

Online coaching is usually between 3-9 months.
Since I was little I’ve been very athletic, I started playing soccer when I was only a few years old. I played soccer in school, with my team as well as private practice. With that said I’m very focused on what I do. I never do anything less than 100%, I go all in.
Did my first show 2014 while still playing soccer but soccer and body building didn’t go very well hand in hand. When I, before my second show, injured my knee I realized I had to choose. After winning my first and second show I was hooked and in love. I quit soccer and put all my focus into building my physique to fit the Bikini stage.
I set up a goal – ”in 2 years I’m gonna earn my pro card if not I’m quitting”.
I did a few (read many) shows and after exactly 2 years I reached my goal. I won the overall at Arnold Classic Amateur South Africa (2016). Not only did I win my pro card but I became the first IFBB Bikini Pro from Sweden.
I set up a new goal – ”I’m going to qualify for the 2017 Olympia”.
After 5 shows I finally qualified for the 2017 Olympia and that made me the first ever bikini pro from Sweden to step on the Olympia stage.
After this I’ve put up goal after goal and I’ve reached every single one of them. Take into consideration that I’ve put up “small” goals. Slowly but surely step after step I’m working to reach my bigger goal which is placing top 5 at the Olympia.
This method I use for everyone. No matter what the end goal is I always break it down to make it easier for you to reach your goal without giving up. I preach realistic goals that are and feel achievable.
